Hallmaster – Customer help video – Making a Booking

Our Building is hired on an hourly basis.

UPDATE: From 1st April 2025 the hourly rate will be increased to £20.00 per hour. Customers will be able to book the following slots.

  • Saturday AM – 09:00-11:00 (Charged at £40) – £50 Deposit required
  • Saturday PM – 11:00-16:00 (Charged at £100) – £50 Deposit required
  • Saturday Evening – 16:00-0:00 (Charged at £160) – £100 Deposit Required
  • Sunday PM – 15:00-20:00 (Charged at £100) – £50 Deposit Required

Prices are subject to change – We endeavour to update the website as soon as possible, but please be aware that we rely on the work of a team of volunteers. 

With two function rooms (including stage), fully appointed kitchen and large car park, it is the perfect venue for any occasion.
The building also has Wi-fi available and is fully licensed (Bar Facilities provided by third party on request)

To request a booking, please use the link below. Please note that requesting using this form does not confirm your booking, and the booking will only be confirmed when this has been checked and processed to check for availability by our bookings secretary.

We use an online booking system to process our bookings called Hallmaster. This helps our volunteers with the admin and payments of running our hall. Please use the link below to access the system.
